Arthur Machen and his legacy will come under discussion at the Literature Caerleon Day Festival in Gwent, Wales, to be held at The Priory, Caerleon, on Saturday July 7.
Machen (1863-1947), who has been called the father of modern horror fiction, was born in the town.
